About Our Policies

NO SHOW PROTECTION

If you have an invalid card on file and do not show for your appointment, you will receive an invoice for the cost of your services. You will not be allowed to book until your invoice has been paid. If you have more than (1) one occurrence within a year, your appointments will no longer be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS AND LAST MINUTE RESCHEDULES

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

  1.  The first two times a client cancels at the last minute, we will make a note in your file.

  2. All future missed appointments will incur a 20% fee. An invoice will be sent out and no future appointments can be made until the fee invoice is paid.
