Late arrival is considered more than 20 mins after a scheduled appointment. This may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next client's appointment is not delayed. Please understand that we cannot adjust pricing for reduced service time due to a late arrival.
If a client arrives more than 20 minutes late we reserve the right to apply a $20 late fee or cancel the appointment following our cancellation policy.
LAST MINUTE RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS
When you do not show up as scheduled for your appointment, it creates an unused appointment slot that could have been used for another client. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you arrive later than 20 minutes past your appointment time. It is very important that you call 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
On your third last minute reschedule/cancellation, a fee of 20% of your services will be charged to your account. An invoice will be sent out and no future appointments can be made until the fee invoice is paid.
After three consecutive occurrences, we may elect to terminate our relationship with you.
If for any reason you need to cancel an appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible
NO CALL, NO SHOWS
If you do not contact us in advance and do not show up for your appointment, we will attempt to charge the card on file.
If the card cannot be charged, you will receive an invoice for the cost of your services. You will not be allowed to book until your invoice has been paid.
If you have more than (1) one occurrence within a year, we may elect to terminate our relationship with you.
Due to having a limited time to complete your service, we do not take out previous hairstyles. Please come with your hair loose. If a stylist has to take down previous styles that are not removed prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a detangling fee of $15.
Excessively matted hair will also be charged the detangling fee. If it takes more than 15 minutes to remove a style or detangle, the detangling fee will be doubled.
